Hello there! This is a little corner of the internet I’ve carved out - mostly for thoughts that don’t quite fit anywhere else. Recently I've transitioned into the role of a Cinematic Artist and this space will hopefully become a loose collection of thoughts, tips and project breakdowns. No promises on how often I’ll post - just whenever something feels worth putting into words. Think of it like a brain dump!



A little about me...

Hey, I'm Hayley! Storytelling has always been a huge part of who I am - whether through films, video games or creating unique visuals. My creative journey began at 11 when I started making video game montages on the family computer. What started as a fun hobby has since grown into a career I’m truly passionate about.


Over the years I’ve gained experience in a variety of areas: I first started working on short films and commercial projects, where I developed skills in video editing, visual effects and motion graphics. My continued love for video games led me to create trailers and cinematics, which sparked my interest in 3D. Since then, I’ve become more familiar with Unreal Engine, Unity’s Cinemachine and Blender - tools that allow me to merge my passion for both cinema and gaming.

Currently, I’m the sole in-house Cinematic Artist and 3D Generalist at DoubleJump. Previously, I worked as a Senior Video Editor in-house at Rebellion, contributing to a wide range of projects across multiple titles, including Zombie Army 4, Evil Genius 2, Sniper Elite 5 and Atomfall.
